Bound typescript diaries written by Lance Hannen on voyages to and travels in Europe, Scandinavia, the Middle East, Asia and the Caribbean, some signed, some indexed and some include photographs and other papers pasted into the diaries. The diaries provide an interesting insight to steamship voyages and travel taken by well-off members of British society in the 1920s and 1930s
