Official papers and telegrams and sent to Robert Pryor after he gained his commission into the army. Also included are telegrams from Buckingham Palace, sent after Pryor’s death in 1915.

Paper confirming Pryor’s commission as Second Lieutenant in 3rd Battalion King’s Own Royal Lancaster Regiment (12 June 1914)
List of ‘Field Kits of Dismounted Serves’, which had been sent to Pryor on his entry into the army (1914)
Telegram from Secretary of the War Office to Mr and Mrs Pryor, informing them of Robert Pryor’s death (5 May 1915)
