A letter from F H Brown to Anne Thackeray Ritchie after Richmond’s death, enclosing newspaper cuttings from the Indian press concerning Richmond’s career in the India Office and reporting his death; the envelope also contians a photograph of a monumental brass to Richmond Ritchie in the Chapel of Eton College and two photographs of Richmond as a child in 1862 and as a pupil at Eton College c.1870
