Verses in Latin and Greek. Described as being exercises kept by Dr Heath, examples of the work of some of his more distinguished pupils. Loose verses, with some letters, bound together. Verses by George Canning, Earl Grey, William Lamb Lord Melbourne, Dr Sumner, Dr Hawtrey, Rev. Charles Simeon, Christopher Anstey, Sir Vicary Gibbs, Richard Porson, and Dr Keate.
Provenance
These verses were kept by Dr Heath, and were found after his decease. A note at the front by J.B. Heath states that these verses were passed to Lord Overstone, 1876.
