The role of this committee was to liaise with the masters in charge of the sub-funds of the various sports, and collate their annual reports, accounts and estimates for presentation to the Finance Committee every year. At an unknown date between 1979 and 1985 it also took on supervision of the Playing Fields Committee, which dealt with the running of the venues of these sports. It was abolished c.2006 when the Games Committee took on the role.
