In 2010 the Finance Committee made up of masters, which had presented school accounts and estimates to the Provost & Fellows, was abolished. It was replaced by the Standing Committee of the Provost & Fellows, which reviewed and amended the one plus four year plan and proposed it to the Provost and Fellows. To continue master input into the finances of the school, a Masters Finance Committee was created, composed of the Head and Lower Masters, the senior team, the Bursar, School Bursar and Buildings Bursar and five elected masters. It meets twice in Michaelmas, once to discuss the one plus four year plan agreed by the Fellows in the previous year (all masters, not just committee members, can attend this meeting) and once to discuss the next five year cycle and consider ideas that other school committees could submit to the Standing Committee.
