Proposal that after the retirement of Hadden, the role of steward at Queen's Eyot should be part time and combined with a role as part-time waterman. This would reduce the cost for the Queen's Eyot Club as the wages could be divided with the River Fund. Includes letter (draft) to be sent proposing this arrangement to the Queen's Eyot Committee
