Contains a motion from 17 July 1854 that a blank book be provided for the auditor to insert a fresh index of all the old debates, and that hereafter it is the duty of the vice president to insert the same, with the auditors to see that it is properly done. The vice president was to be fined for the omission of this duty. Contains an index of volumes 1 to 38.
