River Users Group Area 7 Boulter to Bell Weir (RUG 7) Minutes. This is one of eight groups set up for communication and co-operation between all users of the River Thames. Group made up of Frank Grenfell from Eton College and representatives of Old Windsor Angling Club, Bray C.C., C.S.A.S., French Brothers, OW Lifeguards, M.D.L. Committee discusses ways to improve RUG’s influence and effectivity, updates with Thames Alliance, path maintenance and bridges. Includes lock closures and replacements in 2002.Proposals for lock expansion and discussion of sub-leasing moorings and Thames Walk agreements.
