James `hath fraught a scouteshipe' to sail from Hull to Cawode in Yorkshire and take in a full load of stone for Eton then sail to London where the stone is to be put in lighters and taken to Eton at James's cost. To be weighed as custom is, every xx a tonetight, and for every tonetight Pierson to receive 4s 4d within 8 days of arriving at London, with 3s 3d for every day over the 8 that he does not receive payment. James to provide a `lodesman' whose food and drink shall be paid for by Pierson during the voyage.
