These presumably are survivors of a larger series, although since they fill in gaps in the buttery books, in particular that between the last survivor in 1834-1835 and the first Butler's Book in 1840-1841, it is just possible that they are simply Buttery Books by another name.

Content description
In layout these are identical to the Buttery Books. The totals of bread and beer provided and remaining are summarised at the end, where it is noted that beer for the Provost and certain others has been charged "in the buttrey book".
The first book is covered in an old lease, the rest are paper with contemporary titles.
