Memorial to be enrolled in the High Court of Chancery pursuant to an Act of Parliament "An Act to enable the Provost and College of Eton...to grant building leases of lands in the parishes of Hampstead and Marylebone" of an indenture of lease to Robert Yeo of land in Hampstead, with the newly erected stables built there, in King's College Road, for 85 years at £2. Witnesses: Frederick Charsley, registrar of Eton College, Edward Stevens, clerk to Charsley. Enrolled: 3 November 1868
