Memorial to be enrolled in the High Court of Chancery pursuant to an Act of Parliament "An Act to enable the Provost and College of Eton...to grant building leases of lands in the parishes of Hampstead and Marylebone" of an indenture of lease to Samuel Cuming of land in Hampstead, with the 10 newly erected messuages built there, Eton Place in King Henry's Road, for 84 years at £5 each. Witnesses: Frederick Charsley, registrar of Eton College, Edward Stevens, clerk to Charsley. Enrolled: 3 November 1868
