Memorial to be enrolled in the High Court of Chancery pursuant to an Act of Parliament "An Act to enable the Provost and College of Eton...to grant building leases of lands in the parishes of Hampstead and Marylebone" of an indenture of lease to John Cuming, Samuel Cuming and William Ellis, the executors of Samuel Cuming, of land in Hampstead, with the newly erected stables built there, Eton Place in King Henry's Road, for 81 years at £6 5s each. Witnesses: Frederick Charsley, registrar of Eton College, Alfred Charles Beaton, clerk to Samuel Cuming. Enrolled: 30 October 1871
