Summarises the various pieces or parcels of land that have either been resumed, given for resumption at Michaelmas 1846, that will be subject to the power of resumption, exchanged with the Crown, sold to the London and Birmingham Raiway Company, wayside land now to be demised to Mr Clarke and wayside land not in this demise.
