Lease of Dwellinghouse Premises No.35 Adelaide Road in the Parish of Hampstead in the County of Middlesex, from the Provost and College of Eton to Mr Samuel Cuming, as well as a building lease for the land on which the dwelling has been erected. The lease is to last 99 years, with a yearly rent of five pounds. Contains the details of the agreement, an elevation of the erected dwelling, and a street plan with the land included in the agreement and the constructed dwelling coloured pink. Accompanied by surrender of leasehold premises No.70 formerly No.35 Adelaide Road, from Mary Elizabeth Sparrow, Oliver Coppock and Thomas Sparrow to the Provost and College of Eton. Contains the details of the surrendur. Both agreements signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
