Assignment, from Robert Yeo, James Fotheringham and Thomas Renton to the Provost and College of Eton, of articles of agreement made on 29 September 1853, which provided two pieces or parcels of land between Adelaide Road and King Henry's Road, in the Parish of St John, Hampstead, in the County of Middlesex, and had granted building leases. Provides the details of the assignment on 2 large pages. Accompanied by a street plan with both pieces of land included in the agreement, one coloured red and yellow, the other blue and purple. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
