Agreement between the Provost and College of Eton and Mr Robert Yeo, Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses, which assigns to Yeo two pieces or parcels of land situated between Adelaide Road and King Henry's Road, in the Parish of St John, Hampstead, in the County of Middlesex, for 95 years, with the purpose of building on them. Accompanied by the details of the agreement and a street plan with the five pieces of land colured pink and purple and labelled A and B. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
