Draft agreement for building leases, from the Provost and College of Eton to John George Bettinson, with Bettinson agreeing to take a piece of land along Fellows Road, for 99 years from the 29 September 1865 for a yearly rent that increases each year for the first 5 years. Contains the details of the agreement and a street plan with the land included in the agreement coloured red.
Accompanied by a smaller, possibly an earlier draft, version of the agreement, a list of the rents Bettinson will be charged, a list of charges in 1863, instructions for the building agreement, a more detailed list of legal charges associated with the agreement in 1863 and an epitome of alignment of agreement of 16 March, which was originally Bettinson, afterwards Roche and now Walter Tavener.
