Draft agreement for building leases, from the Provost and College of Eton to John George Bettinson, for a piece of land along Fellows Road. Contains the details of the agreement, which have been heavily edited. Accompanied by a small street plan with the piece of land om Fellows Road included in the agreement coloured red. Handwritten note on back dated 30 March 1863 providing details of how the draft should be envoloped.
