Third Draft Agreement for Building Leases, from the Provost and College of Eton to John George Bettinson, assigning Bettinson several pieces or parcels of land along Fellows Road in Chalcots Estate, in the Parish of St John Hampstead, in the County of Middlesex, and buildings erected on this land, from 29 September 1870 for 94 years, with a yearly rent of £620. Contains the details of the agreement. Accompanied by a street plan with the land included in the agreement coloured pink and labelled A to G.
