Draft agreement for piece of land for garden near to Primrose Hill Road, between the Provost and College of Eton and John George Bettinson, with Bettison agreeing to take a piece or parcel of land near to and adjoining Primrose Hill Road in the Parish of St John Hampstead in the County of Middlesex for the term of 12 and a half years from the 29 September at the rent of one shilling per Annum. Contains the details of the agreement. Accompanied by a smaller copy of the agreement, two pieces of paper adding information to the agreement, as well as hand drawn street plan of the plot of land, and a letter dated 17 April 1871 discussing the plan.
