Duplicate Agreement for Building Leases, made between the Provost and College of Eton and Robert Yeo. Yeo is to take three pieces or parcels of land along King Henry's Road, and between Harley Road and Merton Roadin the Chalcots Estate, for the purpose of building on it. Contains the details of the agreement on 4 large sheets, and a small street plan, with the land included in the agreement coloured red, and labelled A, B and C. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
