Agreement for building leases, made between the Provost and College of Eton and Thomas Yeo and Powell Warner. Yeo and Warner are to take several pieces or parcel of land along King Henry's Road, in the Chalcots Estate, for the purpose of building on it. Contains the details of the agreement and a street plan, with the land included in the agreement coloured blue. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
