Content description
Agreement for building leases, between the Provost and College of Eton and John Roche and Arthur Lucas, granting Roche and Lucas, for 93 and a half years, several pieces or parcels of land along Fellows Road, on part of the Chalcots Estate in the Parish of St John, Hampstead, in the County of Middlesex, with the purpose of building on them. Contains the details of the agreement and a street plan, with the land included in the agreement coloured red, and labelled with letters. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
Accompanied by a license for John Roche to hold the building agreement of the 16 March 1866, originally made between the Provost and College of Eton and John George Bettinson.
