Agreement for building leases, made between the Provost and College of Eton and James Hendrey Esquire. Hendrey has agreed to take the pieces or parcel of land between King Street and Boars Head Yard in the Chalcots Estate, for the purpose of building on it. Contains the details of the agreement and a street plan, with the land included in the agreement coloured pink. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
