Articles of agreement between the Provost and College of Eton and Springall Thompson, Frederick Thompson and Thomas Maynard, trustee of the estate and effects of Jacob Hibberd, who made an agreement with the Provost and College of Eton on 16 March 1866. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses. Provides details of what has happened to the land since the agreement made with Hibberd in 1866, which is now void, and the details of the new agreement. Accompanied by two street plans with the land included in the agreement coloured green, yellow and pink, the first plan is of the land as it is when the agreement was made, and the second is what the land will look like after the new agreement has been carried out. Also accompanied by a schedule of rents, with the value of the rents and the name of the lessees included. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
