Counterpart Agreement for building leases, made between the Provost and College of Eton and Thomas Welbourn and Frederick Buckwood Welbourn. The Welbourns have agreed to take several pieces or parcels of land in the Chalcots Estate, in the Parish of St John Hampstead, in the County of Middlesex, and have requested an extension of time for building on this land. Contains the details of the agreement. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
