Rose is to take several pieces or parcels of land along Fellows Road, in the Chalcots Estate, for the purpose of building on it. Contains the details of the agreement and a street plan, with the land included in the agreement coloured red. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses. With draft and account of houses built as part of this agreement
