Agreement for exchanging one piece of land for another for building purposes, between the Provost and College of Eton, and William Willett. The present site is on the corner of Eton Avenue and Fontaine Road, while the proposed site is on the corner of Eton Avenue and Lancaster Road. Contains the details of the agreement. Accompanied by a street plan, dated 10 July 1889, with the present site coloured red, and the proposed site coloured blue. Signed, sealed and delivered, with witnesses.
