Content description
Agreement for building leases between the Provost and College of Eton and Mr William Willett, and an agreement between the Provost and College of Eton and Mr William Willett, made five years later. In the first agreement, Willett is to be assigned several pieces of land, the land except the land coloured green to be held from 29 September 1890, for 99 years until 1989, and the land coloured green to be held from 29 September 1891, for 98 years until 1989. The Second Agreement confirms the details of the first, noting that Willett has paid the rents he owed. Accompanied by a street plan, dated November 1890, with the land included in the agreement coloured either blue or green. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
