Counterpart lease of the Manor of Chalcots, in the County of Middlesex, from the Provost and College of Eton to William Meyrick, named in the last will and testament of Margaret Earle. The lease is of the lordship, lands, tenamants, messuages etc, for 20 years, with the yearly rent of nine pounds, fifteen shillings and six pence, as well as other yields and payments. Contains the details of the lease. Signed, sealed and delivered, with witnesses.
