Grant of right of way on Chalk Farm Lane, from the London and Birmingham Railway Company to the Provost and College of Eton. Contains the details of the grant, and a map of the land included in the grant, which includes Chalk Farm Lane. Signed, sealed and delivered, with witnesses.
Accompanied by a handwritten note, dated 9 March 1858, stating that this deed is useless as the Railway Company had no power to grant the right of way as the land did not belong to them and a new right of eay was given to the College by a deed dated 13 November 1857.
