Draft lease of 5 messuages in Hampstead, in the County of Middlesex, from the Provost and College of Eton, to Mr Samuel Cuming. Contains the details of the lease, which has been heavily edited, with the 5 pieces of land to be held by Cuming for 90 years from the 29 September, with a yearly rent of £4. The parts of the lease describing the land as parts of Adelaide Road have been crossed out.
