Draft lease of 10 messuages and premises situated at Hampstead in the County of Middlesex, including 169, 171, 173, 175, 177, 179, 181 and 183 Adelaide Road, and two pieces of land on a new road called Winchester Road, which will be numbers 7 and 8, for 89 years from Michaelmas 1863, from the Provost and College of Eton to Miss Mary Ann Angell. Contains the details of the lease, which has been heavily edited, including the yearly rent of £4 for each premise.
