Draft lease of a messuage and premises on the east side of Primrose Hill Road, Haverstock Hill, Hampstead, in the County of Middlesex, being the second house northward from Adelaide Road, from the Provost and College of Eton to J.G. Bettinson. Contains the details of the agreement, including that the term commences in 1862, for the term of 99 years, expiring in 1961, with a rent of £8. Dated June 1864.
