Draft lease of a messuage on the north side of Fellows Road, in the parish of St John Hampstead, in the county of Middlesex, being the second house west from Primrose Hill Road, from the Provost and College of Eton to Walter Tavener. The lease commences on 29 September 1872, for the term of 92 years, expiring 29 September 1964, with a yearly rent of £15. Contains the details of the lease, and a plan and elevation of the property. Handwritten note at back of lease states that the lease has been engrossed in duplicate and a copy has been made on 18 July 1873.
