Draft lease of a messuage in Primrose Hill Road, in the parish of Saint John Hampstead, in the county of Middlesex, being the second house west from Ainger Road, from the Provost and College of Eton to Nathaniel John Halines. The lease commences on 29 September 1872, for the term of 92 years, expiring 29 September 1964, with a yearly rent of £15. Contains the details of the lease, and a plan and elevation of the property. Handwritten note at back of lease states that the lease and counterpart have been engrossed and a copy has been made on 20 November 1873.
