Lease of a messuage in Eton Avenue, in the parish of Saint John Hampstead, in the county of Middlesex, being the 3rd and 4th house respectively east to west from King's College Road, and known respectively as "Kylemore" and "Pregarthyn," from the Provost and College of Eton to Mr William Willett. Lease commences on 29 September 1889, for a term of 91 years, expiring 29 September 1980, with a rent of £30 per anumm. Contains the details of the lease and an elevation and plan of the messuage. Signed, sealed and delivered, with witnesses.
Handwritten note at the front of the lease states that the counterpart lease was surrendered.
Indenture surrendering the lease if at the back of the lease. Dated 13 December 1889, surender of lease from William Willett to the Provost and College of Eton, for the sum of ten shillings. Contains the details of the surrender. Signed, sealed and delivered, with witnesses.
