Lease of a messuage in Eton Avenue, in the parish of Saint John Hampstead, in the county of Middlesex, being the 3rd and 4th house respectively east to west from King's College Road, and known respectively as "Kylemore" and "Pregarthyn," from the Provost and College of Eton to Mr William Willett. Lease commences on 29 September 1889, for a term of 91 years, expiring 29 September 1980, with a rent of £30 per anumm. Contains the details of the lease and an elevation and plan of the messuage. Signed, sealed and delivered, with witnesses.
