Handwritten letter regarding Chalcot Estate and London and North Western Railway, from Hallowes and Carter to H.A. Steward of 45 Parliament Street. Hallowes and Carter have heard from the solicitor of the company, and have forwarded a copy of his letter. They have replied that Steward will be prepared to meet the general manager's representative as suggested, to discuss the matter and arrange with him as to the future dealings with the wall bounding this estate.
