Titled "The Metropolitan Fire Brigade Act 1865. St John's Wood Fire Station. Parish of Hampstead." Conveyance of freehold land having frontages to Lancaster Road and Eton Avenue Hampstead, from The Provost and College of Eton to The London County Council. Land is to be conveyed for the purpose of constructing a fire station. Contains a schedule of previous agreements regarding the land and a schedule of how the buildings will be constructed. Accompanied by a street plan with the land to be conveyed marked out. Signed and sealed with witnesses.
