Titled St John's Wood Fire Station. Consent to proposed method of laying out the land comprised in an Indenture of Conveyance dated 7 August 1912, from The Provost and College of Eton to The London County Council and The Mayor, Aldermen and Councillors of the Metropolitan Borough of Hampstead. The land included in this consent is at the corner of Eton Avenue and Lancaster Road, permits a new road between Eton Avenue and Lancaster Road, with another section of land to be annexed as an ornamental Shrubbery. Signed and sealed with witnesses. Accompanied by a street plan with the land included in the agreement and the new road to be constructed marked out.
