Agreement between the Provost and College of Eton and Springall Thompson, Frederick Thompson and Thomas Maynard. Agreement declares that agreement made on 7 April 1870 is no longer void and that the land in this agreeement will now be considered to form part of the land comprised in the agreement made on 16 March 1866. Contains the other details of the new agreement. Agreement has been edited. Handwritten note at the front of the agreement states that this agreement is to be annexed to the agreeement dated 16 March 1866.
