Summary of agreements made between the Provost and College of Eton and Jacob Hibberd on 16 March 1866, 14 December 1866 and 7 April 1870, which notes that the agreement of 14 December 1866 has been fully carried out. Contains other relevant information regarding the agreements. The College believes that there is no doubt of the advantage to the College if these two agreements are surrendered and a new agreement is made. This information, along with the relevant papers have been sent to W. Warner so he can advise on the matter.
