Cartulary, contents include
1. Grant by Alan and Richard the twins to the Abbey of Langonnet, diocese of Quimper, of £9 16s 0.25d and land in Saltfleetby in the soke of Gayton which Count Conan of Brittany gave for their service, and tithes in Carnoet and Mellon [Moelan] in exchange for 200 quarters of wheat.
2. Confirmation by Constance, daughter of Count Conan, Duchess of Brittany and Countess of Richmond, c. 1181-1186 [Constance married Geoffrey Count of Brittany 1181, he died 1186]
3. Confirmation by Geoffrey, Duke of Brittany (d.1186) [husband of Constance and son of Henry II]
