Content description
London thought the King was dead; he is better and no reason to apprehend immediate danger though he is very dilatory and whimsical in adding his sign manual; refused to sign a parchment (confirmation of Christopher Bethell as Bishop of Exeter) because he feels his handwriting does not look well on parchment. Improvements in London proceed rapidly; Parliament likely to sanction road from Waterloo Bridge to the Museum. No hope of Mr Yonge's recovery.
