Curator of Botanical Garden at Liverpool has died leaving interesting coin collection. Batcheldor has given him a coin of 1561 found at Black Potts. Princess Augusta to deputise for Queen at a Drawing Room; fears that the Queen is not well. Gould has sent specimen of publication on Asiatic Birds. Servant troubles and marriages. All admire stoicism or rather cynicism of the Duchess of Kent; thought by some to have believed that Lady De L'Isle was a spy over her conduct. PLACE: The Lodge, Eton College
