Coins; stuffed ostriches at the Zoological Society. Death of Lady De L'Isle; 'deservedly a favourite with all but Radicals. A more zealous conservative I never saw.' [illegitimate daughter of William IV]. Levee, Drawing Room and Fete cancelled. Visit to paintings at Royal Institute and to Suffolk Street Exhibition.
