Still feels that no equivalent of the London match can be devised without entailing further evils to discipline. Boys will consider nothing worth having if match is not played out, which cannot be done in one day. Better to abolish the London match altogether rather than profess to be merely changing the location. Eton is accustomed to public days and can provide for them; Harrow is not. Advises retention of one match in London, with safeguards before mentioned.
